Guying Eyes

The precision guying eyes are machine engineered and can be connected to any of the SportsMast sections locking collars. Generally the guying eyes would be connect to either of the top two sections of the SportsMast for maximum stability. The carabiners on the guying wire sets are then secured by clipping them on to the guying eyes.

Guying or Tripod Ground Stakes

The round stake types are used to secure tripod legs to soft ground and the angular type for securing guy ropes. Please note that we do supply weights for tripods and guys when deploying on hard ground but we do not export these as their weight makes this too expensive. We always provide a technical drawing enabling you to have these made locally which will be cheaper.

Robust Weight Bag

Size: 640mm x 440mm
Specifically designed to fit a standard 25kg bag of sand/aggregate inside, They have two strong webbing bands each with four loops to either secure onto a tripod leg or attach a guy rope to when deploying a SportsMast 101 (15m or 17m) on hard ground. They are constructed from robust waterproof materials with a drawstring top and two carry handles. Available in sets of 3 or 6.

Steel Wire Guy Ropes

Formed from braded strong steel, available in 3, 4, 5 and 6mm diameters and produced in lengths to suit the mast. They come with soft loops, tensioners and carabinas. These are commonly used on taller SportsMasts to eliminate upper movement in windy conditions when sensitive and expensive equipment is being used to film matches and training etc.
Tension-able Guy Ropes (insert picture)

Come with 2 carabinas and are available for all masts. Note. Some masts do not require guys so please check with us prior to ordering.

Open Cable Cleets

The open cable cleets are attached to each mast collar and are used to keep the cable set that descends the mast secure so it doesn’t move or flap around.

Laptop and Mac Rain Cover

Our Laptop Rain Covers are fully compatible with all of our SportsMast and SportsCam range as shown in the pictures on this page and you will still have full access of the keyboard for Live Coding and Tagging. They come as standard with the SportsMast 80 and SportsMast 101 range.

Camcorder plus Pan and Tilt Head Rain Cover

Our camcorder rain covers fit neatly over the top of the camcorder plus our standard pan and tilt power head and our speed variable SportsPan Pan and Tilt Power Head. They come as standard with the SportsMast 66, SportsMast 80 and SportsMast 101 range.

Wheel-able SportsMast Carry Case

Formed from robust padded material and with a soft poly prop insert that is soft lined, the base and end also have 9mm plywood integrated for extra protection. It has grab handles each end and in the middle. With wheels on one end, it makes transporting the mast easy and is also useful for protecting the mast during transport in vehicles or on aircraft. All sizes are available.

NB This case comes as standard with the SportsMast 66, SportsMast 80 and SportsMast 101.

Flight Case (Special Build)

Very Robust and fully foam lined, available for SportsMast 101 (15m and 17m) with separate tripod and SportsMast 66, 80 and 101 with integral tripod. Numerous lengths available. Price on request.
